AI infrastructure for residential construction businesses

AI is useless
without the back end.

We install the infrastructure that makes AI work inside a building business, on your own paperwork, within 7 days.

Every output is a draft a person checks, unless you want it to run on its own.

Money outSupplier invoices and receipts

A photo of a receipt or a supplier invoice becomes a bill coded to the job, GST split, ABN checked, ready to import into Xero.

MarginVariations

A photo or a voice note from site becomes a written, priced variation off your own rate card, with the reason and the time impact, ready to sign.

Money inProgress claims

Built off your own contract, with retention, GST and the running position on the job.

ClientsThe weekly client report

What moved on their home this week, in your voice, written and ready to send on Monday morning.

EstimatingTenders and RFQs

An incoming package of drawings and scope turned into a structured brief your estimator can price from, with the questions to send back.

ComplianceChasing subbies

Insurances, licences, SWMS and quotes chased without anyone writing the same email nine times, and a register that says what is about to lapse.

Why Source Intelligence

Not a platform. Not a report.

Back end first

Memory, skills, connectors, workflows, then the automations.

You own it

Your account, your machine, your name. Nothing switches off.

Within seven days

Or your first month of support is free.

You see it working

On your own paperwork, before you decide.

You decide what runs alone

A draft to approve, or fully automatic. Your call, per task.

Built in-house

The team that scopes it builds it and supports it.

How it works

Seven days.
Then it is yours.

1
Day 1

Kickoff

A 30 minute call. You name the three to five things you want gone, we take access, and the clock starts.

2
Days 2 to 3

We build

On your real paperwork, not a sample. Your last month of invoices, your variations, your contract.

3
Day 4

You see it run

Live, on your own jobs, with your own supplier names in the output.

4
Days 5 to 7

Tighten and hand over

Your wording, your formats, your edge cases. Walkthrough recorded, playbook written, everything in your account.

Seven days, or your first month of support is free

Frequently asked

The questions builders
actually ask us.

Which LLM should I use ?
It depends on your needs. Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini are all capable, and each is better at some things than others: reading long documents, following a written procedure, working inside a spreadsheet, talking on the phone. We are not tied to one. On the first call we look at what you are actually trying to get done and which tools you already pay for, then pick the one that fits, and the back end we build works the same way whichever model sits inside it.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know your own business, which you already do. We build it, load it onto your machine, record a walkthrough you keep, and write a one page playbook for every automation: what it does, what a person checks, who owns it. A new staff member is running it the same day.
Does it send things on its own?
If you want it to, it can. By default every output lands as a draft for a person to approve, because most builders want to see a claim or a client email before it goes. If you would rather it ran fully automatically, sending the update, chasing the subbie, filing the receipt, we set it up that way and you keep the ones you want to check.
What happens if I stop the monthly?
The build is still yours, on your machine, in your account, working. There is no platform to be locked out of and no licence that expires. What stops is the new automations each month, the training hours and the founder hours. Start again whenever you like.

The guarantee
